KARACHI: Security plans have been formulated for the month of Muharram as pillion riding has been banned for the metropolitan city from midnight of October 20 while suggestions have been given to ban mobile services as well. Security plans for Rangers, Police, Bomb Disposal and other Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) have been formulated for 8, 9 and 10th Muharram.
