A man who jumped from the on-fire tenth storey of State Life Insurance’s building located in Saddar area of the city, passed away at hospital. According to sources, the blaze erupted owing to short-circuit in an office at the tenth storey of the building located in front of Zainab Market, leaving several people trapped. The deceased Owais, who clinged at a window on the tenth sorey to save his life, lost his grip and fell leaving him critically wounded. He succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
