Two men were killed when armed men opened fire on them at a roadside tea stall within the remit of the Sohrab Goth police station on Saturday, police said. They said that the incident took place in Lasi Goth near the X-2 minibus terminus. They said that 40-year-old Nisar Khuda Bakhsh was sitting at Zakir Hotel, where he had a dispute with someone. The police claimed that the suspects involved in the dispute with Nisar returned to the tea stall and opened indiscriminate firing and rode away. Four people, including an activist of the People’s Student Federation (PSF), were killed in separate incidents in the city on Wednesday. Ayaz, 25, was shot dead in the Mosmiyat area in the Sachal police limits on Wednesday night. Police said that Ayaz had been in the company of his friends when two men riding on a motorcycle opened fire on him and fled.
